Anti-coagulants i.e. warfarin, an aspirin, blood-thinning medications, you will bleed more and might bruise easily or may need additional treatment.

Haemophilia - treatment can’t be done.

Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation that is easily triggered - treatment can’t be done.

Diabetes - treatment can’t be done.

Steroids, Antabuse or Cortisone creams - you must be free of these for at least 6 months before the treatment and such medications shall not to be resumed at least 6 weeks after post final treatment. Healing will be slower and the risk of scarring - higher. Antabuse causes a severe reaction to anything containing alcohol (pigments).

Herpes - use Aciclovir 4 days before the treatment and for 4 days after the treatment.

Keloid scarring (bumpy scars) - treatment can’t be done.

Covid-19 - treatment can't be done, wait until you have recovered and have done a negative test.

Birthmarks or port wine stains - treatment can’t be done.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding - treatment can’t be done.

Corneal abrasions, Cataracts and Glaucoma - not suitable for eyeliner treatments.

H.I.V., Hepatitis, Autoimmune Disease - treatment can’t be done.

Epilepsy - treatment can’t be done.

Heart Conditions - treatment can’t be done.

Botox/Fillers/Chemical Peels - wait 3 weeks post-treatment at least.

Skin diseases such as psoriasis, shingles, or eczema on the treatment area - treatment can’t be done.

Anesthetic allergies - treatment can’t be done or will be painful without.

Cancer - 6 weeks either after chemotherapy or radiotherapy is advisable as well as a note from an oncologist to check if clients blood count is high enough. However, with terminal cancer, we can proceed with your doctor’s consent.
