A microblading sessions consists of a consultation the day of, where we review your lifestyle and daily brow maintenance. We then map the brows according to your facial structure with the Golden Phi Ratio of balanced proportion. Once you approve the brow shape, the procedure takes about an hour and a half. This entire session takes a total of 2.5-3 hours. Usually 6-8 weeks later, the client returns for the second session for touch up. This takes one to two hours.

You’ll be able to wear your new brows back to brunch! In the first 7-10 days, you’ll need to avoid getting them too wet (in the shower), working out (sweating) or wearing brow makeup. In that time any redness will fade and the initial darkness of the eyebrows will begin to lighten. The color will lighten over about thirty days as it completely sets in. Please see aftercare for more details.

Touch up is necessary because everyone heals differently and therefore the outcomes vary. Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the color and brow thickness by adding more strokes. In the touch up session, the final adjustments are made to assure the client’s satisfaction. We offer a complimentary touch up between 6 – 8 weeks of your appointment. After that, we charge a fee for annual or semi-annual color boosts.

Most clients report little to no pain, and would compare it to a tweezing session. Many clients even fall asleep! Topical anesthetic is applied so the client can feel at ease while receiving the treatment.

What is Phibrows Microblading?

PhiBrows Microblading is a manual, semi-permanent makeup technique of hyperrealistic eyebrow drawing in which the shape is calculated according to facial morphology and golden proportion (phi 1,618). The technique is intended for anyone over the age of 18 (persons under 18 must be accompanied by their parents) who wants to enhance their eyebrows. In order to successfully perform the treatment, the skin must not be in the regeneration process, i.e. it must not be damaged. If there is eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, acne, pimples or any damage in the eyebrows area, seven days before treatment the client can use PhiTopic cream that will eliminate the problems (instructions for use can be found on the package). PhiTopic is available/can be ordered in the salons where the treatments are done.

Microblading procedure is done manually using sterile and disposable tools and microblading pigment that is matching your natural eyebrow color. It is intended to fill in patchy eyebrows and make it look more defined, or to create eyebrows entirely in the case of a complete hair loss.

The final result of this method is creating microbladed hair strokes flow that follows the direction of the natural hairs, fully blending in with the natural eyebrows, giving an extremely realistic and subtle finish. The aim of Phibrows microblading technique is to achieve such a natural effect that nobody would be able to tell that you have done any semi-permanent treatment.

A touch up is required 6-8 weeks after the initial treatment to perfect the shape and the areas that might not have stayed due to being rejected by your skin during healing process.
