JW Microblading Policies

Care Instructions explained to achieve optimal results. However, no guarantee is given, as we have no control over what happens during the healing process.

A deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit ensures you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit's forfeit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a full-service charge. This includes all bundled touch-ups.

Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 20 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Suppose you have had your eyebrows previously micro-bladed or tattooed by another artist. In that case, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas. In some cases, the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo before booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Touch-ups are done no sooner than four weeks following your appointment. You would have to allow your skin to heal before we can do any additional work. We withhold the right not to work on clients who have yet to heal properly. Failure to follow this timeline and early booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit.

All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued.
