JW Microblading Policies

Because bookings are scheduled in advance, a £50 booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment. This will go towards your treatment, the rest is due on the day of the appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation or rescheduling is required, please give at least 48 hours' notice by email at Less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

To have a treatment, clients must be over 18 years old. You can't be pregnant or nursing. Please consult if you have any allergies, are currently taking medications, or have severe health conditions.


For Microblading: the Patch test is required before your appointment, and we can post it to you.


If you had any semi-permanent enhancement done before and if the pigment is left in your skin, please send a clear close-up photo for an assessment before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas. In some cases, the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo before booking may result in a forfeit of your booking fees.

All Microblading appointments include complimentary 6-8 weeks touch up. Clients must find the time to attend their appointment during any day of these two weeks. If you reschedule outside of the 6-8 weeks period or cancel your appointment, you will lose the free touch-up. Therefore you will need to book a new one for a fee of £100 for up to 6 months.

Touch-ups can be done no sooner than six weeks following your initial appointment. You would have to allow your skin to heal before doing any additional work. We withhold the right not to work on clients who have yet to heal properly. 

Care Instructions explained to achieve optimal results. However, no guarantee is given, as we have no control over what happens during the healing process.

Cancelations and Rescheduling:

If rescheduling is required, please give us at least 48 hours notice by email at or call 07923384119

Less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee or touch-up appointment. 

No Show: Full-service charge; this includes all bundled touch-ups.

Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your booking fee.



Please get in touch with us if you will be late for your appointment. 

Being more than 20 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your booking fee and the cancellation of your appointment. In addition, a new booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment. 


PLEASE NOTE: For everyone's safety and to prevent the spread of Covid-19 infection, we kindly ask all clients to follow these rules:

If you got exposed to someone who has got COVID-19 in the last 10 days or developed any symptoms, you must not attend the appointment and notify us. You will not lose your booking fee in this case. We follow the same rules and will let you know if something is wrong. We would postpone the appointment until we had negative test results.

Clients are required to send proof of negative test results to us to reschedule their appointment. 


JW Microblading Studio has the right to refuse the service.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated.

JW Microblading Studio reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. 

Reasonable notice will be given for this.
